20 questions 💚
Hey everyone!
I thought it would be fun to open it up for you guys to ask me questions, so here we are! Thanks so much for submitting your questions. I’m excited to share a bit more about myself.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
I always wanted to be a writer. My love for writing has been a constant since I was little. I started with an advice column called “Tell Tallulah” in middle school, which was a fun way to offer advice, share stories, and connect with people. In college, I pursued this passion further by working on the literary journal and the school's blog. These experiences, along with many writing classes—creative writing, journalism, and more—greatly shaped my skills and deepened my passion for writing.
What are your favorite types of footwear?
I’m not really a shoe person, so my collection is quite simple. I love my New Balances, Birkenstocks, slip-on Vans, and green Doc Martens. I only own one pair of heels and am not too fussed about having a lot of options.
How do you get over heartbreak?
Heartbreak can be overwhelming, but it will get better. It’s important to allow yourself to feel your emotions—cry if you need to, lean on friends and family for support, and indulge in self care. After giving yourself some time, try to move forward. Remember that you’re amazing and better things are ahead. Sending you lots of love!
What’s your favorite movie of all time?
My favorite movie is The Breakfast Club. It captures the complexity of teenage life and has a timeless appeal, not to mention a killer soundtrack!

Do you like having a ton of siblings?
I love it! There’s always someone around to hang out with, and the mix of personalities makes life interesting and fun. We complement each other beautifully and make a great team.
Do you have a favorite genre of music?
It’s funny because when I was younger, I used to say I loved every genre except country. Now, country music is my ultimate favorite!! It’s interesting how tastes can evolve over time. I’ve been listening to Chris Stapleton lately.
How tall are you?
I’m 5'7". My brothers like to tease me about being short, but they’re just tall!
Did you like Bennington College?
Academically, yes! Bennington is a creative and cool school with a stimulating academic environment. I took some amazing classes. Socially, though, it wasn’t quite as great for me. As a social butterfly, I found the atmosphere a bit isolating with not many social events. It wasn’t the most lively place, but I made some good friends and had memorable experiences.
What did you study at Bennington?
I studied Creative Writing, Literature, Theatre, and Radio, and even took some dance classes. It was a fun way to round out my creative pursuits!

How did your parents come up with your name?
My mom chose the name Tallulah, which has deep Southern roots, inspired by Tallulah Falls in Georgia.
Do you have any favorite names right now for girls?

What religion were you raised with?

How long have you had psoriasis?
I’ve had psoriasis since I was about 19. It flares up with stress and can be quite painful. Managing it is challenging, but if you’re dealing with it too, remember you’re not alone. Feel free to reach out if you need support or just want to talk.
Do you want children?
Yes, I do want children, but it’s not something I’m planning to pursue in the immediate future. I’m focusing on other aspects of my life right now.
What’s your favorite holiday?
Christmas is hands down my favorite holiday! I adore everything about it—the festive colors, the magical spirit, and the traditions. My family and I have special traditions, such as going to church on Christmas Eve, enjoying a big meal, and reading The Night Before Christmas. I even use a Christmas candle every day of the year because I love the holiday so much!
